Triad Financial Services is looking for a Personal Property Title Clerk to work fulltime in our Bourbonnais, IL office.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail oriented team member.

30am to 5:
00pm.

The following is a list of duties that you would be expected to perform:
Prepare title work to be submitted for processing by the appropriate county/State office (40
states) Provide complete title advice support (verify title fees, sales tax, deceased seller processing, homes titled in Trusts & Estates, seller with Power of Attorney processing) to internal depts.
(underwriting/closing/funding) as needed, and ensure correct forms are being used and correct fees are being collected for titling.
Assemble daily UPS packages to various county/state offices for title work completed.
Scans all receipts from titles issued.
Conduct research on titles to ensure each loan has a completed title.
Updates Encompass at titling submitted level and completed level (once title is issued).
Handles follow up of titles not received in office after payoff to lender.
Answers internal and external calls to Titling Group extension.
Sorts incoming department mail.
Rectifies all title work rejections after submittal.
Assists dealers/lenders/investors with missing title reports, email requests, etc.
and fosters customer service relationship as needed.
Manages incoming emails with timely responses.
Files completed folders in file room.
Maintains compliance with all department and company policies and procedures, completes BAI training courses as assigned.
Trains incoming title clerks on completion of title work.
Attends all department meetings.
Performs additional duties as needed PM22Requirements:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers o Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service, must be very detail oriented.
Problem solving skills essential.
o Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given o Must be able to type efficiently o High school diploma or GED required o Associate degree preferred.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook), Microsoft Teams, Encompass experience preferred but not required.
